Getting started

Updated Oct 2026 2 min read Applies to v1.0.0

This guide takes you from a fresh install to your first WooCommerce order arriving in RD Station Marketing as a conversion. It only takes a few minutes end to end.

Before you start, you will need WooCommerce 8.0 or later, and an RD Station Marketing account on any plan with API access.

1. Install the plugin

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add Plugin, search for WPIntegrations Connector with RD Station for WooCommerce, then install and activate it. You can also download it from WordPress.org. A new WooCommerce to RD Station menu appears in your admin sidebar.

2. Connect your RD Station account

Create an app in the RD Station App Store with the RD Station Marketing permissions. Register the callback URL shown on the plugin’s Settings page, then paste the app’s Client ID and Client Secret and connect. Your OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on your own site.

3. Create your first integration

Open Integrations and create an integration. Pick the order status it listens to — Processing, a paid order, is the default; Completed or any other status works too. Each order is sent once per status, and orders that already had the status before the integration existed are not sent.

4. Map your fields

New integrations start with the billing email and name already mapped. The email is the only required field — the same one RD Station’s own forms require — and any custom field your account marks mandatory is added automatically.

Add whatever else you need: order total, products, coupons, payment method, WooCommerce’s UTM attribution, or your custom checkout fields such as CPF or CNPJ. Custom checkout fields are read from your 20 most recent orders — after adding a new checkout field, place a test order and press refresh. Map your checkout’s consent checkbox to send the LGPD legal basis.

5. Place a test order

Place an order on your store and move it to the status the integration listens to, then open Logs. You should see the delivery recorded with its full request and response — and the conversion waiting in RD Station.
