Connect WordPress Forms to Brevo
Every submission from Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro, WPForms, Fluent Forms or Gravity Forms becomes a Brevo contact — on the lists you choose, with double opt-in when you want it.
Up and running in three steps.
Connect Brevo
Create an API key in Brevo under SMTP & API → API keys, paste it on the Settings tab and test the connection. It is stored encrypted on your own site.
Create an integration
Pick the form plugin — Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro, WPForms, Fluent Forms or Gravity Forms — and the form whose submissions should reach Brevo.
Map fields and choose lists
Map the email, first and last name, choose your Brevo lists and turn on double opt-in if you want it. Submit a test and watch it arrive in the log.
Built for accurate records, not just delivered ones.
Five form plugins, one connector
Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms and Gravity Forms — each integration picks its own form plugin and form.
Brevo lists
Every contact from a form joins one or more of your Brevo lists.
Double opt-in
Brevo emails a confirmation link from your own template and adds the person to your lists only after they click it.
Name parts handled
A WPForms, Fluent Forms or Gravity Forms name field offers first and last name separately, so they land in the right Brevo attributes.
Doesn't hold up your form
On hosts running PHP-FPM or LiteSpeed, delivery happens after the visitor already has their confirmation, so a slow API never slows your form down.
Full delivery log
Every request, response and failure is recorded with the full details. Nothing fails silently.

Questions, answered.
Does it work with Sendinblue?
Yes. Sendinblue renamed itself Brevo in 2023 — the account, API keys and contacts are the same.
Which form plugins are supported?
Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro Forms, WPForms (Lite and paid), Fluent Forms and Gravity Forms. Elementor forms need Elementor Pro, because the Forms widget is a Pro feature.
Which fields do I have to map?
Only the email — Brevo identifies the contact by it. First and last name are optional. A submission with an empty or invalid email is not sent, and the log says why.
What happens when the same person submits twice?
With "Update contacts that already exist in Brevo" on, which is the default, the contact is updated and added to the lists. With it off, the existing contact is left as it is.
How do I set up double opt-in?
In Brevo, create a template whose button links to "Double opt-in link". In the integration, choose at least one list, turn on "Ask for confirmation by email" and pick that template.
What happens if Brevo is temporarily unavailable?
The failure is recorded in the delivery log with Brevo's full response, so nothing disappears silently. Pro queues the submission and retries automatically.
What data leaves my site?
Only the email and the fields you map, plus the lists and settings of the integration — sent to Brevo's API with your own API key, and nowhere else.
